Menteri Kesehatan Republik Indonesia Nomor 21 Tahun 2024 tentang Organisasi dan Tata Kerja Kementerian Kesehatan, Direktorat Produksi dan Distribusi Alat Kesehatan mempunyai tugas melaksanakan perumusan dan pelaksanaan kebijakan, penyusunan norma, standar, prosedur, dan kriteria, pemberian bimbingan teknis dan supervisi, pemantauan, analisis, evaluasi, dan pelaporan di bidang produksi dan distribusi alat kesehatan.\n        <\/p>\n\n        <p style=\"font-weight: 600; color: #1a252c; margin-bottom: 15px;\">\n           Dalam melaksanakan tugas tersebut, Direktorat Produksi dan Distribusi Alat Kesehatan menyelenggarakan fungsi:\n        <\/p>\n\n        <ol class=\"satker-function-list\">\n            <li>\n                <strong>Siklus Kebijakan dan Regulasi:<\/strong> Meliputi penyiapan rumusan dan pelaksanaan kebijakan, penyusunan NSPK (Norma, Standar, Prosedur, Kriteria), serta bimbingan teknis dan supervisi di bidang:\n                <ul>\n                    <li>Sertifikasi sarana produksi dan produk (alat kesehatan, alat diagnostik invitro, dan Perbekalan Kesehatan Rumah Tangga\/PKRT).<\/li>\n                    <li>Sertifikasi sarana distribusi alat kesehatan.<\/li>\n                    <li>Fasilitasi ekspor dan impor alat kesehatan dan diagnostik invitro.<\/li>\n                    <li>Persetujuan iklan alat kesehatan, diagnostik invitro, dan PKRT.<\/li>\n                <\/ul>\n            <\/li>\n            <li>\n                <strong>Pemantauan, analisis, evaluasi, dan pelaporan<\/strong> atas pelaksanaan program.\n
