\"CoverPedoman Pembinaan ini dilaksanakan berdasarkan amanat PP 17 tahun 1986 Tentang Kewenangan pengaturan, pembinaan, dan pengembangan industri, dimana pembinaan industri bahan obat dan obat jadi termasuk obat asli Indonesia dilaksanakan oleh Menteri Kesehatan. Pelaksanaan PP 17 Tahun 1986 ini merupakan pelaksanaan pembangunan industri yang diamanatkan Undang-Undang Nomor 5 Tahun 1984 tentang Perindustrian.
\nPenyusunan Pedoman ini berdasarkan Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 38 Tahun 2007 tentang Pembagian Urusan Pemerintahan Antara Pemerintahan Daerah Provinsi, dan Pemerintahan Daerah Kabupaten\/Kota yang memberikan tugas dan kewajiban kepada daerah untuk melaksanakan urusan pemerintahan yang terkait dengan pelayanan dasar seperti bidang kesehatan, dimana industri farmasi termasuk di dalam sektor kesehatan.

Guidance for the Pharmaceutical Industry<\/strong>\n

This Guideline for the Guidance of the Pharmaceutical Industry is a reference in conducting guidance as one of the efforts made by the Ministry of Health to ensure that the pharmaceutical industry always produces safe, efficacious and quality medicines and medicinal raw materials. In addition, this guideline is also expected to encourage the pharmaceutical industry to increase its capacity to achieve the predetermined requirements and be able to compete to support national independence in the field of drugs and drug raw materials, provide employment, advance science and technology in the production of drugs and drug raw materials.<\/p>\n\n
