Jakarta, March 17, 2023. The Directorate General of Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices has held a Public Hearing of the Health Bill on the Substance of Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices Day 4.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Health Bill will be the foundation for health sector reform, so that health services can be accessed by the public more easily, cheaply, and accurately (#HealthierNearer, #HealthierRight, #HealthierCheaper).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As part of a meaningful public participation process, the public can provide input and responses related to the preparation of this bill material through the https:\/\/partisipasisehat.kemkes.go.id\/ page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Secretary of the Directorate General of Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices, Dita Novianti Sugandi, in opening this activity said that to support the implementation of health transformation, regulatory support is needed, one of which is from the draft Health Law that is currently being discussed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Some of the stakeholders involved in this activity include the Ministry of Industry, BRIN, Professional Organizations, Academics, relevant stakeholders from the Ministry of Health, as well as expert practitioners such as Prof.dr. dr. Akmal Taher, Sp.U (K), Prof. Dr. Rianto Setiabudi, SpFK, and Drs. Ondri Dwi Sampurno, Apt.The agenda on this fourth day discussed and received input related to Pharmaceutical Resilience (Research Substance) delivered by the Director of Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Resilience, Roy Himawan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Also present was the Special Staff of the Minister of Health for the Resiliency of the Drug and Medical Devices Industry of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia, Prof. dr. Laksono Trisnantoro, M.Sc., Ph.D..<\/p>\n\n\n\n
