Service Standards within the Directorate General of Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices are the implementation of the duties and functions of the Directorate General of Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices, namely the formulation and implementation of policies, preparation of norms, standards, procedures, and criteria, technical guidance and supervision, evaluation, and reporting in the field of Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Service Standards serve as guidelines for public service providers and references in assessing the quality of services provided as an obligation and promise of organizers to the public to provide quality services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Through the implementation of Service Standards, it is expected that the community can benefit from fast, easy, affordable, and measurable public services. The Directorate General of Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices is committed to continuously improving the quality of services for the welfare of the community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
