Malaria is found in almost all parts of the world, especially in tropical and sub-tropical countries. Some areas in Indonesia are still highly endemic and malaria outbreaks have occurred in many places. This is related to population movements and environmental changes that facilitate the development of malaria mosquitoes.<\/p>\n

Di dalam penatalaksanaan pengobatan penyakit Malaria diperlukan suatu pelayanan kesehatan yang terpadu, dimana apoteker sebagai salah satu profesi kesehatan berperan dalam rangka menerapkan \u201dPharmaceutical Care<\/i>\u201d sebagaimana mestinya.<\/p>\n

Buku saku tentang Pelayanan Kefarmasian untuk Penyakit Malaria ini disusun dengan tujuan untuk dapat membantu para apoteker di dalam menjalankan profesinya terutama yang bekerja di farmasi komunitas dan farmasi rumah sakit. Mudah-mudahan dengan adanya buku saku yang bersifat praktis ini akan ada manfaatnya bagi para apoteker.<\/p>\n
