Task

The Secretariat of the Directorate General has the task of coordinating the implementation of tasks and providing administrative support for the Directorate General.

Functions

In carrying out the task, the Secretariat of the Directorate General organizes functions:

1. coordination and preparation of plans, programs, activities, and budgets of the Directorate General;
2. management and preparation of the Directorate General's financial statements;
3. management and preparation of the Directorate General's state properties report;
4. coordination and implementation of quality assurance and risk management within the Directorate General;
5. preparation of laws and regulations of the Directorate General;
6. formulation of cooperation agreements of the Directorate General;
7. implementation of legal advocacy of the Directorate General;
8. coordination and facilitation of supervision and investigation of the implementation of policies in the field of medical devices;
9. structuring and evaluating the organization and procedures of the Directorate General;
10. facilitating the implementation of the Directorate General's bureaucratic reform;
11. human resource management of the Directorate General;
12. management of the Directorate General's public relations;
13. data and information system management of the Directorate General;
14. monitoring, evaluation, and reporting; and
15. implementation of administrative affairs of the Secretariat of the Directorate General.
