Middle and Primary High Leadership Officials within the Directorate General of Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices who were inaugurated on February 10, 2022.The Ministry of Health is preparing a strong and resilient health system transformation in response to global and national health disasters. In total, there are 6 pillars that are the focus of the government to be implemented in 2021-2024. In its implementation, health transformation requires human resources who are reliable, skilled and have integrity to ensure this program runs well in accordance with the indicators and work targets that have been set.
To fulfill this need, Minister of Health Budi Gunadi Sadikin inaugurated 47 middle and high-ranking officials within the Ministry of Health online on Thursday (10/2). Among them are 5 leadership officials within the Directorate General of Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices.
The inauguration of these officials refers to the Regulation of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia Number 5 of 2022 concerning the Organization and Work Procedures of the Ministry of Health, which was stipulated by Minister Budi on February 7, 2022. This arrangement is expected to encourage improved performance, innovation and creativity of employees in the future.
In the new structure, there are additions, deletions and renaming of positions. However, the Minister of Health hopes that these changes will not affect individual performance and impact the sustainability of the organization. On the contrary, this change is able to improve the spirit of leadership and coordination between related stakeholders.
The following is a list of Middle and Primary High Leadership Officials within the Directorate General of Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices who were inaugurated:
- Dita Novianti Sugandi Argadiredja, S.Si., Apt., M.M. as Secretary of the Directorate General of Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices;
- Dr. Dra. Agusdini Banun Saptaningsih, Apt., M.A.R.S. as Director of Pharmaceutical Production and Distribution;
- dr. Wiendra Waworuntu, M.Kes. as Director of Pharmaceutical Management and Services;
- Ir. Sodikin Sadek, M.Kes. as Director of Medical Device Production and Distribution;
- dr. Cut Putri Arianie, M.H.Kes. as Director of Medical Device Control.
The Minister of Health congratulated all officials who were inaugurated. The inauguration of middle and high-ranking officials is a momentum to maintain the continuity of organizational performance in order to improve performance to achieve maximum service. The Minister of Health also asked all officials, especially those newly appointed, to carry out the mandate entrusted to the best of their ability with a full sense of responsibility and strong commitment.
