In accordance with Law Number 5 of 2014 concerning State Civil Apparatus and one of the priority agendas of RPJMN 2020-2024, namely strengthening the implementation of merit-based ASN management, it is necessary to organize the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) which is a systematic and sustainable process to obtain the right quantity, quality, composition and distribution of employees in accordance with organizational needs so as to realize the vision and mission of the organization. The implementation of the merit system in ASN HR management is important as an effort to realize superior and competitive human resources and it is hoped that ASN can develop their potential and have a clearer and more measurable career.

On Friday (17/06) in Meeting Room 803-805 of the Directorate General of Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices, the Secretary of the Directorate General of Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices, Dita Novianti S.A. Apt., M.M. inaugurated functional officials within the Directorate General of Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices. The inauguration was held face-to-face while adhering to health protocols.

In her remarks after inaugurating the functional officials, the Secretary of the Directorate General of Pharmaceuticals said that the functional officials inaugurated today are expected to work enthusiastically and responsibly in their respective work units and provide the best performance, dedication, loyalty and always improve knowledge, competence in their respective fields. “Increase creativity and create innovations and have a high work ethic so as to make a real contribution to progress for the Directorate General of Pharmaceuticals, both in the human resource development sector, health and other sectors, and avoid all forms of irregularities that will have a negative impact on yourself, family, work environment, and even the wider community,” said the Secretary General.

There were 20 functional officials inaugurated within the Directorate General of Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices, namely:

6. Estherina Juliana Marbun, S.Farm, Apt. as First Expert Health Administrator;
