Monday, September 12, 2022, a total of 44 participants of CPNS Directorate General of Pharmaceutical and Medical Devices class 2022 sat ready in the meeting room to take part in the briefing delivered by Mrs. L. Rizka Andalucia as Director General of Pharmaceuticals and Mrs. Dita Novianti as Secretary of the Directorate General of Pharmaceutical and Medical Devices . "The Directorate General of Pharmaceutical and Medical Devices has produced many of the best graduates in the Basic Training of CPNS batch 2022," said the Director General of Pharmaceuticals as an opening remark.

Not only CPNS participants, the pride of this achievement was also felt by the PMO team and the Passkas team as seniors who also attended. The seniors shared stories of their journey from the first time they were appointed as CPNS, required to adapt quickly due to placement rotation, until finally they were selected as a team directly appointed by the minister.

"Of course the challenges and responsibilities we face will be greater, but this is also a place for us to find out new things outside of our main duties, and not everyone gets this opportunity," said Sekar, Chairperson of the Directorate General of Pharmaceuticals PMO.

The Director General of Pharmaceuticals and the Secretary of the Directorate General of Pharmaceuticals gave an introduction regarding health transformation and what we need to do together to carry out this mission. However, not wanting only one-way communication, the Director General of Pharmaceuticals invited the participants to actively participate in conveying what they have understood in their respective workplaces and how it relates to the 6 pillars of transformation. The discussion was very active and participants were very responsive in explaining their respective work experiences.

It is hoped that in the future a sharing session can be scheduled again to deepen the understanding of CPNS, so that the Directorate General of Pharmacy has human resources who are ready to collaborate together to realize health transformation.
