Director General of Pharmaceutical and Medical Devices L. Rizka Andalucia inaugurated 20 functional officials within the Directorate General of Pharmaceutical and Medical Devices in Jakarta, November 21, 2024.The Ministry of Health is committed to the 6 pillars of Health transformation in line with the President's vision to create a healthy, productive, independent, and equitable society, and in line with the RPJMN in the Health sector, one of which is the Transformation of Health Human Resources, where it is necessary to equalize quality health human resources to increase public access to health services.
In the context of career development, ASN professionalism, and improving organizational performance at the Ministry of Health, it is necessary to appoint functional positions. Located in the meeting room of the Sujudi Building of the Ministry of Health, Director General of Pharmaceutical and Medical Devices L. Rizka Andalucia inaugurated 20 functional officials within the Directorate General of Pharmaceutical and Medical Devices.
The Director General of Pharmaceuticals advised the inaugurated officials to carry out their duties in accordance with regulations and expertise, apply moral values, develop positive communication in every line while on duty and create innovations to continue to improve public services and build synergy with all elements to maximize achievements.
“Keep learning, improving, and developing your profession. Master tasks and functions thoroughly, learn new things, and always improve work performance. Be an ASN who can be a role model for the work environment, and have a high work ethic. Avoid various forms of deviation, which will have a negative impact on yourself, family, work environment, and even society at large,” said the Director General.
