The RKA-KL Research and Review Meeting for the Deconcentration of Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices Program for Fiscal Year 2020 is intended to review the planning and budgeting of deconcentration activities of the Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices Program in the 2020 budget ceiling period, so that an effective, efficient, and accountable Ministry/Agency Work Plan and Budget (RKA-KL) document is obtained.

The activity, which took place on July 29 to August 2, 2019 at the Atria Serpong Hotel, Tangerang, Banten, was held using the method of providing material and questions and answers, as well as desks of planning and budgeting documents. The desk implementation at this meeting was carried out in 3 stages, namely the first semester 2020 Budget Performance Evaluation (EKA) desk and the 2020 deconcentration activity planning and budgeting desk by the Directorate General of Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices Team, research on planning and budgeting for 2020 deconcentration activities by the Planning and Budget Bureau Team, Review of planning and budgeting for 2020 deconcentration activities by the Inspectorate General APIP Team with all Deconcentration Workers within the Directorate General of Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices. The material was delivered by Inspector IV as the Inspectorate in charge of the Directorate General of Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices, with the material “Guidelines for Reviewing RKA-K / L T.A. 2020 and Evaluation of the Implementation of RKA-K / L Review T.A. 2019”.

Secretary of the Directorate General of Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices, drg. Arianti Anaya, MKM, had the opportunity to give directions and officially open the Research Meeting and Review of RKA-KL Deconcentration of Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices Program for Fiscal Year 2020, which was attended by 92 representatives of the Provincial Health Service Unit, the Planning and Budget Bureau Research Team, the Inspectorate General APIP Team and 21 people from the Directorate General of Pharmaceuticals.

The Review of the Deconcentration Budget Ceiling of the Pharmaceutical and Medical Devices Program for Fiscal Year 2020 is expected to produce comprehensive planning and budget documents, meet the feasibility of performance targets and compliance with budget planning rules.
