Information desk service is one of the manifestations of information disclosure as a form of bureaucratic reform and effective and efficient information disclosure.
The Information Desk is a place for public information services at the Directorate General of Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices which is equipped with various facilities or facilities for organizing other information services which aim to provide information services effectively and efficiently to information requesters and become a liaison between the public and employees of the Directorate General of Pharmaceuticals so that the information needed by information requesters is complete and clear.
Information requesters consist of Government Institutions (Provincial/Regency/City Health Office, Hospitals, Puskesmas), Pharmaceutical Companies, Professional Organizations, Faculty of Pharmacy, Pharmacists and Pharmacist Assistants.
Information services provided are consultations related to pharmaceutical and medical equipment licensing services, pharmaceutical program consultations, Pharmacist Registration Certificate (STRA), Pharmacist Credit Score, Pharmacist Professional Work Practice (PKPA) and technical guidance on regulations and NSPK issued by the Ministry of Health and the Directorate General of Pharmaceuticals and Health Equipment.
