In the Minister of Health Regulation Number 72 of 2016 concerning Pharmaceutical Service Standards in Hospitals, Minister of Health Regulation Number 73 of 2016 concerning Pharmaceutical Service Standards in Pharmacies and Minister of Health Regulation Number 74 of 2016 concerning Pharmaceutical Service Standards in Community Health Centers, the duties and responsibilities of Pharmacists as the person in charge of managing pharmaceutical preparations and medical devices in health care facilities have been explained. In terms of vaccine management in health care facilities, Pharmacists are responsible for maintaining the safety, quality and efficacy of vaccines until they are used. This guideline describes the requirements and procedures needed to ensure the maintenance of vaccine quality from the point of supply to use.
