Located at Ciputra Artpreneur Jakarta, on October 9, 2024. The Ministry of Health organized a Townhall focusing on strengthening work culture, with the aim of supporting internal transformation and improving the quality of Indonesia's health services.
The activity, which was held with the method of sharing inspiration and dialogue related to changes in work culture, was attended and participated in by all levels of leadership and employees of the Ministry of Health RI.
Work culture change in the Ministry of Health is an important element in the 7th pillar of Internal Transformation which is the foundation of the 6 pillars of Health Transformation. In changing the work culture there are three themes, namely effective execution, new ways of working and superior service.
The Directorate General of Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices supports the implementation of Internal Transformation by adopting a more collaborative and results-oriented approach, simplifying business processes, accelerating public services, utilizing digital technology and supported by various innovations carried out.
Farmalkes' internal work culture is built by implementing knowledge sharing, strengthening collaboration and innovation, and providing superior quality services.
The implementation of knowledge sharing is carried out by building a culture of knowledge sharing among employees and leaders on a regular basis or presenting inspirational figures.
In addition, Farmalkes has a training program in the field of health technology management training specialist that has been accredited. Strengthening collaboration is done by building networks and cooperation with domestic and foreign partners, including conducting internship programs in collaboration with PMDA Japan, building fellowships with OIC countries and business matching for pharmaceuticals and medical devices.
Various innovations have been made, including testing and calibration of medical devices with the concept of partnership with hospitals, coaching frontliners to improve service quality, and developing a real time logistics system for monitoring the availability of drugs and vaccines.
Superior quality services are carried out by accelerating medical device calibration services through one day service programs and calibration cars to reach wider services.
Pharmaceuticals public services are constantly adapting to change to deliver the best results. In 2023, the Directorate General of Pharmaceuticals received a green public service report card from the Ombudsman.
Through this activity, the Director General of Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices, L. Rizka Andalucia said that the Directorate General of Pharmaceuticals is ready to provide the best efforts in supporting the implementation of health transformation to realize better, more quality health services for a Strong Indonesia, Healthy Indonesia.
