Indonesian Minister of Health Budi Gunadi Sadikin inaugurated 9 echelon 2 officials within the Ministry of Health.

The filling of these high-ranking positions is carried out through open selection based on the merit system, by applying the principles of transparency, objectivity, competitiveness and accountability. The Minister of Health is confident and believes that the high-ranking officials inaugurated today are selected individuals who are able to produce the best performance for the Ministry of Health.

“I congratulate the newly appointed officials, I hope you are able to carry out this noble mandate as well as possible, so that this organization is able to move more dynamically, responsively, efficiently and effectively, as well as being more responsive and precise in facing the challenges of health development,” said Minister Budi.

The 9 officials who were inaugurated include:

1. Liendha Andajani, S.E., M.Si. as Head of Planning and Budget Bureau
2. Dr. Sumarjaya, S.Sos., S.K.M., M.M., Mfp, Cfa. as Head of the General Bureau
3. Indah Febrianti, S.H., M.H. as Head of Legal Bureau
4. Zulvia Dwi Kurnaini, S.E., M.Ec. as Head of the Procurement Bureau
5. Dr. Yanti Herman, S.H., M.H.Kes. as Director of Primary Health Services
6. Dr. Mayang Sari, M.A.R.S. as Director of Public Health Governance
7. Dina Sintia Pamela, S.Si., Apt., M.Farm. as Director of Pharmaceutical Management and Services
8. Bonanza Perwira Taihitu, S.Sos., M.Si. as Head of the Center for Global Health Policy and Health Technology
9. Dr. Yuli Farianti, M.Epid. as Head of Center for Health Financing and Decentralization Policy

The Minister of Health said that the newly appointed officials can optimize human resources, budgets and facilities and infrastructure so that the implementation of tasks and functions of the work unit can be synergistic in order to transform the health system to create a more resilient Indonesian health system. “I ask those of you who have just been appointed to be able to carry out and carry out the duties well the mandate that has been given to you because an organization must be managed in a focused manner. In addition, do an assessment of existing priorities, prepare yourself optimally in controlling the organization. Show that you are a professional leader and always set an example to run the organization, ensure that teamwork can run well,” said the Minister of Health.
