The Hospital Pharmacy Installation (IFRS) is the part responsible for the management of pharmaceutical supplies, while the Pharmacy and Therapy Committee is the part responsible for determining the formulary. In order for the management of pharmaceutical supplies and the preparation of formularies in hospitals to be in accordance with applicable regulations, it is necessary to have professionals in this field. To prepare these professionals, various inputs are needed, including the availability of guidelines that can be used in the management of pharmaceutical supplies in IFRS.
