The Deconcentration Planning Meeting of the Pharmaceutical and Medical Devices Program for Fiscal Year 2020 is intended to prepare planning and budgeting documents in accordance with the menu guidelines that have been agreed upon at the central level.
The activity which took place on May 08 to 11, 2019 at Novotel Hotel Pekanbaru, Riau, was held with the method of providing material and questions and answers, as well as a desk of planning and budgeting documents between the central Echelon II unit and all Deconcentration Workers. The materials presented in this meeting include; Menu and Technical Implementation of Deconcentration Activities in 2020 by Primary High Officials within the Directorate General of Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices or their representatives; and Evaluation of the Implementation of Deconcentration in Fiscal Year 2019 with Deconcentration Policy in Fiscal Year 2020 by the Bureau of Planning and Budget.
The Director General of Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices, Dra. Engko Sosialine Magdalene, Apt, M. Biomed, had the opportunity to give directions and officially open the Deconcentration Planning Meeting for the Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Program for the 2020 Budget Year, which was attended by 110 participants, consisting of representatives of echelon II units within the Directorate General of Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices, participants from all provinces, along with several resource persons, namely the Director of Medical Device and PKRT Control, Ir. Sodikin Sadek, M.Kes; Director of Public Medicines and Health Supplies Governance, Dra. Sadiah, Apt, M.Kes; Director of Medical Device and PKRT Evaluation, Dr. I Gede Made Wirabrata, S.Si, Apt, M.Kes, MM; Director of Pharmaceutical Services, Dita Novianti Sugandi Argadiredja, S.Si., Apt, MM; Head of Subdirectorate of Drug Independence and Pharmaceutical Raw Materials, Directorate of Pharmaceutical Production and Distribution, Drs. Heru Sunaryo, Apt; and representatives from the Planning and Budget Bureau of the Ministry of Health, dr. Susiyo Luchito, MM.
In her report, the Secretary of the Directorate General of Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices, drg. Arianti Anaya, MKM hopes that this activity can produce deconcentration planning and budgeting documents that are appropriate and accountable in supporting the achievement of the targets of the Pharmaceutical and Medical Devices Program for Fiscal Year 2020.
