The enactment of Government Regulation No. 11/2017 on Civil Servant Management is a follow-up to Law No. 5/2014 on ASN, as well as a commitment to the implementation of ASN Management based on the “Merit System”.

The regulation of ASN management through this Government Regulation aims to produce ASNs who are professional, have Basic Values, Professional Ethics, free from Political Intervention and KKN Practices, in the context of carrying out public service tasks and government and development tasks.

Functional positions are the career of an ASN, functional positions have a higher class of position compared to executive positions and functional positions can advance in class / rank faster than administrative officials, thus functional officials can be declared to have a clearer career path according to the level of position as long as formations are still available.

On Thursday, January 5, 2023, Director General of Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices L Rizka Andalucia inaugurated functional officials within the Directorate General of Pharmaceuticals which was attended offline and also online through the zoom meeting media.

In addition to inaugurating functional officials within the Directorate General of Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices, the Director General of Pharmacology also inaugurated functional officials within the Secretariat General, and the Directorate General of Public Health.

In her remarks, Director General of Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices L Rizka Andalucia said that the functional officials appointed today are expected to increase knowledge and competence in their respective fields, increase creativity and create innovations in response to the times.

“Whatever your field of expertise, I hope your dedication can make a real contribution to the progress of the Directorate General of Pharmaceuticals, both in the sectors of human resource development, health, and other sectors,” said Director General Rizka.

1. Fachriah Syamsuddin, S.Si, Apt, as an Associate Health Administrator.
2. Pensa Resta Grahmidri, S.Farm, Apt, MKM, as an Associate Health Administrator.
3. Rahadiansyah Wiguna, S.Farm, Apt, as an Associate Expert Health Administrator.
4. Abdussomad, S.Farm, as First Expert Health Administrator.
5. Suzie Rengganis, AMF, S.Farm, as First Expert Health Administrator.
6. Fikriansyah, Apt, as Junior Expert Health Administrator.
7. Hasnawati, S.Si, M.M, as Junior Expert Health Administrator.
8. Siti Sariseptiani, Apt, MPP, as Junior Expert Health Administrator.
9. Dede Bromici Kundalini, AMF, as Assistant Supervising Pharmacist.

1. Aldi Dwi Putra, SKM, as the First Expert Occupational Health Supervisor.
