Service Standards within the Directorate General of Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices are the implementation of the duties and functions of the Directorate General of Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices, namely the formulation and implementation of policies, preparation of norms, standards, procedures, and criteria, technical guidance and supervision, evaluation, and reporting in the field of Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices.
