Based on PMK Number 195 / PMK.05 / 2018 concerning Monitoring and Evaluation of K / L Budget Implementation states that the Ministry of Finance as BUN must measure the quality of the performance of the Ministry of State / Institution budget implementation using the Budget Implementation Performance Indicator (IKPA).

A total of 13 IKPA assessment indicators that must be implemented by each ministry and institution that manages APBN funds have been determined to measure the quality of the performance of the implementation of the Ministry of State or Institution budget in terms of conformity to planning, effectiveness of budget implementation, efficiency of budget implementation, and compliance with regulations.

The Secretariat of the Directorate General of Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices won the award as the Working Unit with the Best IKPA Number 1 in 2020 with a score of 99.39 in the category of Budget Ceiling of 50 billion to 200 billion out of 187 Working Units at the Jakarta VII State Treasury Service Office (KPPN).

This award was announced virtually at the 2020 Budget Implementation Evaluation and Technical Guidance for Output Achievement Data Reporting carried out by KPPN Jakarta VII which was held last Friday, February 19, 2021.
