This document is a guideline for GeMa CerMat coaches at the provincial and regency/city levels, as well as pharmacist Agent of Change/Master Agent of Change who will implement the GeMa CerMat program. This document contains details starting from the role of each stakeholder, GeMa CerMat implementation strategy and monitoring and evaluation.
As a general guideline, this document is not static. Therefore, during the implementation of the GeMa CerMat program, periodic revisions will be carried out.
