Civil servants are required to be able to carry out the mandate as state apparatus, government apparatus and state servants. It is a logical consequence for civil servants to continue to improve discipline in work culture as a form of obligation, while implementing the mandate of Law Number 5 of 2014 concerning State Civil Servants.
A total of 46 CPNS were inaugurated and took their oaths by the Director General of Pharmacology in the Inauguration and Taking of Oaths / Promises of Civil Servants and the Inauguration of Functional Officials within the Directorate General of Pharmacology. In addition to inaugurating the CPNS, on the same occasion the Director General of Pharmacology also inaugurated the functional officials of the Apparatus HR Analyst Associate Expert.
In her remarks, Director General of Pharmaceuticals L. Rizka Andalucia advised the newly appointed civil servants to be able to carry out their functions and roles professionally, responsibly, and be able to improve the capacity and quality of work which will have positive implications for the community.
“I hope that the newly appointed civil servants will continue to improve their capacity and quality, have a productive, skillful and creative work ethic and be able to maintain the good name of the institution where you work,” said the Director General of Pharmacology.
The Director General of Pharmaceuticals expects employees to carry out good cooperation and coordination with all related parties, stakeholders, or teams that become work partners to facilitate and succeed government work programs, especially those of the Directorate General of Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices. “Do not be shy to ask experienced work partners, observe and learn the applicable work system, as well as various ways of completing work that are effective and efficient,” said the Director General of Pharmacology.
Ending his remarks, the Director General of Pharmacy reminded him to carry out his duties better, more disciplined, and more responsible as well as being a breath of fresh air in an effort to realize the core values of BerAKHLAK (Service-oriented, Accountable, Competent, Harmonious, Loyal, Adaptive, and Collaborative), which are ready to build a competitive, advanced and prosperous Directorate General of Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices.
